RECOMMENDATIONS TO PARENTS

    • Parents are requested to cooperate with the efforts of the school authorities.
    • Any communication (request or complaint) made by the parents/guardians must be addressed to the Principal/Headmistress, and not to the class teacher.
    • Parents are not allowed to see their children or teachers during the class hours without the permission of the Principal/Headmistress.
    • Parents should urge their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance. See that they are diligent at their homework and lessons.
    • If you find that your child is not assigned homework for some time, or his/her homework or class work is not checked, or that he/she is unable to follow the lessons, the Headmistress/Principal should be contacted.
    • Parents are particularly expected to sign the remarks sent by the Principal/Headmistress or Teacher. Their failure to meet the Principal and teachers when required may cause their children great inconvenience.
    • Criticism of a student's teacher or school in his/her presence should be avoided. Should you have a legitimate complaint, meet the Principal during office hours.
    • Students failing to appear in an examination or test will be treated as absent. No re-test or re-examination will be conducted.
    • In all correspondence regarding your ward, kindly mention the child's full name and class.
    • Take personal interest in the progress of your child and help him/her in attaining all-round development.
    • Send your children to school smartly dressed. See that your child has a daily bath, hair combed, dressed in school uniform, and the habit of reaching the school well on time.
    • Requests for half-day leave, short leave, etc., are not entertained in the school.
    • Meet his/her teachers regularly and cooperate with them in educating your child.
    • Study the rules and regulations of the school carefully and follow them faithfully.
    • School Diary should be brought to school every day. All entries of absence, late coming, etc., should be made in the School Diary; and not on a sheet of paper.
    • Check the school diary and sign the notes, if any, sent by the Principal/Headmistress/Teacher.
    • Do not keep private tuitions without consulting the Principal/Headmistress. Private tuitions do not help the children to grow up intellectually. Help them to work independently. All private tuitions should end one month before the examination.
    • Have a strict watch over your child to see if he/she brings others' articles or loses articles in the school.
    • Provide your child with sufficient things and guide him/her to be good.
    • Please note that no school business will be transacted on holidays.
